Entrevista
The process was extremely short as I applied online, got a call from Target the next day to schedule an interview, and then had my interview scheduled for the next morning. I arrived 15 minutes early and headed to the guest service desk where the employee there brought me to the Starbucks in store and I then waited for my first interviewer. My first interview lasted about 20 minutes and consisted of mainly personal questions such as "Why do you want to work at Target?" and "If I asked a supervisor, what would they say your strengths are?". There were 7 questions, and at the end of this interview the employee said that he would go get his manager and then my second interview would take place. The second interview was only around 10 minutes long, and only 6 questions but the manager got right to the point and didn't waste any time. After that interview was finished he told me that he would send someone from HR to me to offer me a job. The interview was easy and fun, and the staff really made me feel at home. Orientation starts next week and I can't wait!

Easy question and answer, felt honest and geniune. There were two back to back interviews, first with a team leader, then the executive lead. Not long after this I was given an offer.

Applied online or you can also apply in store at a kiosk. Phone interview with HR and then with the department. Friendly environment. Questions were typical tell me about a time or how would you handle x situation.

Entrevista
Easy, quick, to the point. Not as stressful as I imagined. Initial interview followed by two more. Final interview was with HR ETL. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend to prepare, but not over prepare.
