I applied online. After that a hr rep e-mailed me and set up a time that someone could call me for a interview. They gave me several options for when the interview would take place. They also let me know that the interview answers should take place using the STAR method. They even send me a link so that I would know what it was. It is a good thing that I opened it beacuse they commenented on the fact that I had opened it.
Final interview with district manager and head of HR. Already passed the first interview and the second interview based on behaviors. Preparing for final interview. Need assistance with final interview
The video interview was strange and a complete waste of time. It wasn't that it was particularly hard, however, you had to record yourself instead of just having a conversation with someone. It was so time consuming.
Professional process and thoughtful communication through out the over all recruiting life cycle. They seem to have a vetted system in place which is not surprising for a large company
