Applied online - heard back 2 days later to schedule an interview - had 2 in person interviews in 1 day. Received job offer same day as interviews. First interview was with a floor lead, and then met with a team leader later the same day. I applied for a seasonal position - so it was pretty straightforward.

Tell me a time you exceeded expectations, how, and what was the outcome?
You had to video yourself answering the questions. And if you pass then they call you to come in for a in person interview. They will job offer you then, if they want you.
It is a two-part, in person interview. Mine were done both in the same day with two different leaders. Most questions were situational and personality based. They often read from standard questions.

Comfortable and easy. Asked a lot of questions but it almost felt like there was no wrong answer to the questions. I was hired on the spot. Was laid my first interview ever.
