Initial interview is behavioral structured questions. Interviewer reads off the form and takes notes and rates according to relevancy of answers to questions. The second interview is conducted over the phone.

Process took pretty long with wait time for next interview — about 1 1/2 months.. but other than that, interviews were easy and chill. I believe they only accept juniors and seniors in college.
