Phone interview with recruiter, STL interview (face to face), then District manager interview (face to face), job shadow, offer. Each interview is approx 30-45 min long at a target location. They ask general leadership questions and heavily utilize the STAR method.

Super easy one time phone call into orientation. Just make sure you pick up the phone as they do not provide an email first. Highly reccomend working at target if you can handle a lot of walking

Simple, asked about availability and some experience. Otherwise they asked me to go through my resume, since I started as seasonal they were not very harsh about it and it seemed like they decided they wanted me by the end of the interview

It was online through HireVue. It was pretty simply process since its online and they just send you emails for updates. They do take long periods of time though to get back to you on updates and such.
