Entrevista
The interview process was seamless, efficient, and organized. I met with 4 people back to back on the same day. The questions were behaviorlal based and should be answered in the STAR format (situation, task, action, result). I thought of about 10 different situations, documented them in a spreadsheet and reviewed that for the interview. I also was prepared with questions about Target to show that I performed research on the company.

Entrevista
It was 45 minutes each, with 2 rounds with mainly domain related questions and 15 minutes at the end for behavioural questions.
The first interviewer was kind and polite, second interviewer was juggling home duties along with the interview and was very to the point.

Entrevista
Very straightforward behavioral questions with time at the end for discussion. They also gave me an interview guide about 2 weeks ahead of the scheduled interview. The questions they asked followed the guide exactly. Interview was for target HQ.

Process was sensible and well-organized. Steps included: - An HR representative did an initial cursory screening (I had been referred by a current employee) - HR rep called back a few days later, described the upcoming interview schedule, and then sent email and calendar appointments with the relevant links. - Interview ran smoothly. People were on time, friendly, professional
