Had a phone interview - then few days later i got a call for a in-store interview. then met a team lead and had my first interview then had to wait about 20 mins for another target employee to interview me. They offered me the job, Then signed i singed the work papers and background check.

It was a good process. You started by filling applications. Once submitted recruiter will reach out to you for confirmation. Once everything is validated, will ask to come on sight for 20/30 mins interview with the manager.

Online interview with three questions, after a written psychological questionnaire that kept asking in different ways how you would react in certain situations. That part was a bit tricky, trying to figure out if you were malingering.
