I applied online. I set up an interview time with the hr person and called at the time they requested. I had thought the phone interview went well but apparently wasn't a good fit. Got the rejection email this morning. Do not intend on applying again in the future.

They have you in the backroom and you have to wait until you were called. Then, there are two parts of the interview. You will be speaking to the hiring manager and leader of the logistics department.
