I did an online application then recieved a call to come in. Took the same survey I got online then met with a women who took me to a room. I had two one on one interviews. Both people were nice and asked me situational questions. I got the job (:

Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure

Tell us about a time you had an upset customer and what did you do to fix the issue
After submitting myapplication through the Target Careers portal, i completed a brief, automated assessment of mywork availability and job-related skills. i then received an email invitation to complete a recorded video interview, where i was asked 5–8 pre-recorded questions. For each prompt, i received 2 minutes of preparation time and up to 3 minutes to record my answer.

Tell us why you are interested in this position and describe your relevant knowledge
There were a lot of people being interviewed together and it was long but to the point. The questions were direct but the process was long. Be prepared to be there for awhile.
