I actually first applied online for a seasonal sales associate position. Got a call about 2 weeks later asking to come in for an interview. I set up the interview for that same week. I met with 2 separate employees and they asked me questions out of the packets. While discussing the position and why I wanted to work at Target the store manager asked if I would consider a full time VM position. So that next week I interviewed with the store manager again for the VM position and then 2 days later the HR Regional District Rep where I did a walk through with her about things I would change in the store and what could be improved.

If you had an 8-hour shift with no overtime which order would you do these things and why: 2 new racks of clothing, standardize shoes, 3 ends caps for home and an adjacency for women's clothing.

Great overall interview I was basically asked my visual merchandising experience and how can I be an asset to the store. The interview went very smooth. I would say apply at Target a lot of great opportunities

I've only completed the first step which was a recorded interview. I believe I am supposed to have additional interviews after that. It's been a seamless and stress-free interview process so far.
