After a phone screen based on personality, etc. I had a second phone call setup. This call was a phone based interview. It was exclusively a phone interview, and it was not very technical in nature at all.

The most difficult question was actually "we would like to offer you a position, do you accept?" because I had other offers on the table.
It was easy interview process. They asked alot of behaviorial questions to see if I was a good communicator. They asked questions like: Can you describe a project where you faced multiple challenges?
