I walked into the store and applied at their kiosk. It's a pretty lengthy application. They ask the basics, such as your job history, references (names, phone numbers), education, available start/end dates of employment, and then there's the length personality test . Towards the end of the application, don't click the "Ok " button repeatedly past all of the screens or else you might miss the instruction to pick up the red phone (located next to the computer) to schedule an interview. They might ask you to come in to do the interview on the spot. In the interview, you can expect all the basic questions, such as why did you apply for employment at Target, why do you think we should hire you what is your greatest strength/weakness, explain a situation in which you had a problem with a co-worker and how you handled it, your proudest achievement, etc. The people are laid back, but professional. The work culture is very team-oriented.
