Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Target (Danville, VA) em nov. de 2012
Entrevista
I put in an application online and about three days later, someone called. They asked some basic "what would you do" situation questions, and I believe some were even ones that were on the application assessment. They reviewed my hours. Then they asked when would be a good time for me to come in, and the next day at 3:30pm was decided on. When I came to Target the next day, I had to do some more assessment questions before I was interviewed. At the beginning of the interview, I had to watch a short video (less than five minutes). The interviewed asked if I had any questions about the video, I said no. He asked what surprised me about the company the most that was said in the video. I said how they seemed to be such a tight-knit company, ie calling their employees Team Members and calling customers Guests. They asked the question many others on Glassdoor have had about the woman not finding her child's shoe size, and the woman saying something was a different price than what rang up. Thanks to others on Glassdoor, I aced these questions and didn't have to think twice about the answers. The interviewed also said, If I were to call a past supervisor, what would they say your biggest strength be? Weakness? He never showed any interest in being at the interview, though he was listening. A second interviewed came in. She basically just went over my hours again and offered me the position on the spot. She gave me a figure ($7.50/hr). I signed some papers and she gave me another, saying I had to take a drug test at a local walk-in clinic within the next 24 hours. It was paid for by Target. All-in-all, not a hard interview. I have orientation a week from my interview and am required to wear the standard uniform.
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure

There were a lot of people being interviewed together and it was long but to the point. The questions were direct but the process was long. Be prepared to be there for awhile.
