I applied online and had gotten a call about a week or so later from target asking me to come in for an interview (which was two days after that initial call). The lady on the phone was very nice, she asked me a question regarding something I had put on my application and then after that gave me the information of who I needed to ask for when coming. I came about half an hour early and just walked around for a bit before going up to an employee for help. I waited for maybe thirty five minutes (which considering that I was around 20 minutes early and it was the morning time I understood why it took longer) before I was interviewed by a general manger (she asked more personal based questions/scenarios). After that interview they sat me back down and I waited another ten minutes before getting interviewed by the stores manger (she asked more questions that related to the position I was applying for- which were front end/light side based). At the end of that interview she asked if I had any questions, in which I asked the ones I had, and after that she sat me back down in the same seat and I waited a few more minutes before being brought into the back by another person (in which I don’t recall remembering his position). there I was told what target expects from all their employees and a few minutes later I was told I had gotten the job!
