I applied 2 weeks before receiving a phone call from the hiring department. They scheduled a phone interview for the following day. It was mostly about my hours available and different sanarios. I later got a call about a week later calling me in for an interview at the store. I went and met with someone in the HR department and then the manager. I was hired on the spot

Easy smooth it was good and efficient they asked lots of questions around customers and how to handle them. The interviewer was very kind, asking if I had previous retail experience
Good, it was a new store so they were staffing up from the beginning. Honest and straightforward about job. Hours were limited because of the amount of people they onboarded at the beginning but other than that, it was a good process.
