Entrevista
Everything with interviewing at Target is Situation, Behavior, Outcome. As a certified interviewer for Target myself, I was aware of this going in. This style of interviewing makes for a somewhat stuffy and predictable interaction that doesn't do a lot to differentiate candidates.
