I first applied online through a hiring company called "marketsource". The application process was very easy, I was able to upload my resume, but was still required to fill out some pertinent information for each listed piece of job experience. I applied on a Friday and was called on the following Monday by my "recruiter" for marketsource. He was very polite. We held my first interview over the phone. My next step was an online interview process were business dress is preferred. I answered 3 questions with a video response showing my ability to sell products in an effective and enticing way. They were sold immediately and scheduled an interview for the coming Wednesday. My final interview was with my potential District Manager. The interview lasted about an hour. I left knowing exactly what I was applying for and was offered the job immediately. Needless to say there was a drug screening that soon followed. Particular to this hiring process though was that all of my new hire paper was work was to be filed online, this was interesting and very appealing to my schedule.
