My communications were initially through email. They had me take a few tests on their website. The first was very behavioral questions. The second test was all financial, with a very strict time constraint. The interview was all behavioral questions, 30 minutes. Overall, the process was complete in a few weeks from start to finish.
Very smooth interview process that gives you a look into what day to day life would be like at Target. Recruiters are very knowledgeable and want you to succeed. Questions were not anything out of the ordinary.

STAR type questions, behavioral, and excel base. It was an easy process overall, They low ball your salary for the FADP. Keep interviewing at other companies, so you can negotiate your salary.
Interview on Campus through university. They invited me on the campus and I interviewed with their hiring manager and applied online. A few weeks later they called me and gave me the offer.
