Applied online and I received a mini interview over the phone two days later. I was told the bare basics about the job: come in at 4 a.m. and unload the truck and stock shelves. I was asked if I was still interested and I said yes. First interview was scheduled the following week. Met with a Flow Team Leader (?) And 4 behavioral questions were asked e.g. "Tell me about a time when...What you did to accomplish...what was the outcome...". Google "behavioral interview questions" for a more in depth explanation. Second interview was scheduled for the following week but was canceled the day before and was told to expect another call the following week. Finally received the call to set up the second interview with a supervisor (also told to report 15min early for an assessment((a quick math test)). Similar questions were asked again with the added strength and weaknesses questions, why Target, etc...I was then told to come back the following day for the conditional job offer/drug test. The following day I was told the offer was being extended and I was given my pay rate and what to wear on orientation along with a form to take to the drug testing site. As of today, 4/9/14, I'm still waiting for the call to show up for orientation.

sat down in a small waiting area until one of the employees brought me around to the a small room. The interviewer seemed friendly enough. He asked if I had any questions and I asked him what he liked about working for the company. He told me what the job entailed and the schedule, which is from 4-8. He then asked me some questions from corporate. I don't think I did to well because I didnt go to far into detail. Then he thanked me and said he'd let me know in a few days once they finished interviewing other candidates.
