Entrevista
They really want good people at Target, and the interview process is very selective. You will usually interview with at least 1 to 2 Store managers and also with a few ETL (executive team leaders) They ask you lots of customer service based questions and scenario questions, the interview will usually last about 2 hours total.

Tell me about your past accomplishments, whether in school or work?
Short, quick, personable and exciting so you can't gauge how they feel. That said, very easy and fast process, does not require much preparation, just make sure you can pitch yourself well.

Entrevista
The initial step was a phone screening, where I learned a lot more about the company and position. I didn't proceed to the next round but the people I spoke with were very friendly.
