Screening through a consultant. Four-five rounds of interview depending on the team & project. No set process except for a couple of mandatory behaviour rounds which everyone has to take. If it is a techno-functional role then you'll be tested as per the leadership expectations & some basic technology & domain knowledge. For roles which are not critical and yet have to be filled, the recruitment takes a really long time.

Full day of interviews - very detailed Situation-Behavior-Outcome type of questions with 7-8 different individuals. Be prepared to speak about your leadership style and also share technical details about the projects you worked on. Approx. 7-10 min per Q.

All situation based interview questions. There were about five questions from a script and each interview was 30 minutes long. There was a short amount of time for questions at the end.
