The target interview was on campus and was all behavioral. I answered a series of prefabricated questions asked to all candidates. Again completely behavioral and situational question. What would you do if....?
Thought I did well but I guess not well enough.

First, the human resource will have a phone call to arrange an online interview and then will be the growth interview based on the city you wanna go. There are 4 process in whole interview.

There were 3 stages - First aptitude test, then technical interview and later HR Interview. The interview was super cool. The interviewers were so friendly and helped me solve problems a lot

Entrevista
The interview process was extremely rigid and super formal. All the questions were clearly from a list and seemed somewhat irrelevant for the position I applied for. The interviewer never changed her tone or tried to be friendly, and just seemed hostile the entire time.
