Entrevista
I was contacted via recruiter after applying online. She called me to set up an initial phone interview. On the day of the interview we chatted about my background and experiences. After that, we moved into some behavioral situations such as: "Tell me about a time you made a mistake," "Tell me about a time you didn't see eye-to-eye with an employee," "Talk about a time when you had to assume the role of a leader."
Though these questions are very objective, the interview was casual. You get to make it conversational. The recruiter really just wants you to talk them through some experiences. Sit back, take a deep breath, and go with it.

What are your long term career goals?
Though this is a straightforward questions, at 24 years old it's hard to conjure up what you want to achieve over the course of your career. I referred to my longing for management experiences, leadership opportunities, and the opportunity to work for a highly respected company.

Intense interviews. Multiple interviews. Behavior based questions. Answer in STAR method. All three final candidates were not extended an offer. If they are not in immediate need they will not hire anyone. Good interview experience you can take anywhere.

Entrevista
I met with a recruiter at a job fair, which led to an interview a week later. After that I was asked for a second interview at the facility. I was then interviewed in two parts by senior leadership.

Entrevista
On campus interview. Very friendly staff, made the process enjoyable. Allowed me to give my pitch in the beginning, then asked me a series of behavioral questions. The best way to prepare for this is to have answers to 5-10 different behavioral questions, and fit and size them as needed during the interview.
