Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Target (Dallas, TX) em jan. de 2008
Entrevista
The interview process was intense. However, I will say that they delivered on making you feel comfortable and engaging which is why I chose them over all the other job offers. They do situational interviews, so be prepared for those. The office politics are demanding, however I think all jobs have office politics, so don't be alarmed. The work culture depends on your STL or DTL if you are an executive. They differ in opinions and work styles, so I can't say one way or another. I do believe that the company wants you to experience a great work-life balance, but the middle managers may see things differently.

Tell me a time that you experienced a great dissapointment on the job?
Impersonal and time-intensive interview process
Review
I interviewed for a project manager role in contingent workforce. I invested about five hours across multiple rounds. Despite reaching late stages, I received only an automated rejection email. There was no feedback or direct communication, which felt cold after the significant time invested.
For an organization of Target’s scale, I expected a more personal and thoughtful conclusion, especially after progressing so far. Time is valuable for both parties, and a simple personal follow-up would have made a difference.
Advice to Management
If candidates are making a significant time investment, provide personal feedback or direct closure. Even brief personalized responses will improve the candidate experience.

Very situational-based questions that were practical in nature to the role.
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Target (Lawrenceville, GA).
Entrevista
The process was short for me i had 1 phone interview and was told i would get a call back and never did. They never called back after several reach outs. Finally i was told via email they were moving forward with someone else.
The process was lengthy. It involved multiple levels of the HR department. Ultimately, they let me know they didn't actually have the position open that I wanted anymore but would offer me a similar, but 'lower', position.
