The first interview was a video interview with basic interview questions. I got a call almost exactly a week later to set up a phone interview later that week. The phone interview was great, it lasted about thirty minutes and I really connected with the interviewer. A week or so after that, I got a call offering me the job.

They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.
