Entrevista
I was contacted by an HR representative and set up a phone interview a few days later. The interview was mainly questions about my background and experience. She then asked me 5 behavioral questions. "Tell me about a time when..." After the interview, I received an email a few days later to set up a time to get together with the STL to have a 1 on 1 in person interview. The format was basically the same. more behavioral questions and getting to know you questions. After a few more days I received another email to get together with the DTL. Unfortunately, I am having to wait a couple weeks since this was his only time available to get together. Otherwise I would probably be finished with the whole process by now. My advice to anyone is to prepare prepare prepare. Know what your strengths are and be ready to describe why they are your strengths or opportunities. Don't be cocky. Be honest. They picked you for a reason. Just be yourself, happy and energetic and you'll do fine.

Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.

The interview was straightforward and to the point. Situation based interview, what would you do in this certain scenario. Interviewer was very friendly, and welcoming. They want to make sure that you have what it takes to be a leader
