It was online with recorded videos. There were around 6 questions that asked about different situations such as if you could not finish your task what would you do and how would you respond

Simple, asked about availability and some experience. Otherwise they asked me to go through my resume, since I started as seasonal they were not very harsh about it and it seemed like they decided they wanted me by the end of the interview

Entrevista
Simple, they asked basic questions. It was in person and face to face. I interviewed at a separate location and transferred. Transferring was hard, the staff does not communicate well
Very short and casual, Asked about availability and what is my favourite thing about Target. Didn't last more than 20 minutes and the interviewer was well prepared. You have the choice to do virtual or physical interviews. I chose virtual.
