I was recruited during my senior year of college in the Fall. Target hosted a virtual on-campus Target Day which provided information about the role. Current IAs presented about their roles and hosted a small team supply chain case competition. The next day, I had a single virtual interview with a current IM manager. After that, I was invited to a half-day of interviews where I had 3 virtual interviews with IM managers. Target focuses completely on behavioral-based interview questions, so have many stories ready that demonstrate your skills.
