I went to a career fair at my school and was told my resume would be reviewed and I would receive a phone call if they liked my resume. A few days later I was scheduled for a phone interview. The interview was just a list of behavioral based questions. At the end the recruiter ask me if I had any questions. I never heard back from them after the phone call.

Final interview with district manager and head of HR. Already passed the first interview and the second interview based on behaviors. Preparing for final interview. Need assistance with final interview
The video interview was strange and a complete waste of time. It wasn't that it was particularly hard, however, you had to record yourself instead of just having a conversation with someone. It was so time consuming.
Professional process and thoughtful communication through out the over all recruiting life cycle. They seem to have a vetted system in place which is not surprising for a large company
