Entrevista
I have been with Target for a total of 5 years. I was hired as a Team Leader and have been since promoted to a Senior Team Leader. I took me 2 interview sessions - each including 3 interviews with 2 people in each one - before I was offered the position. I have also since then done one "practice" ETL interview. Which is really just to make you think that you're going to get a promotion, then they forget about you completely.
All of the questions that they ask you in each interview are very situational based. And your promotion is based ENTIRELY on how you answer your questions, forget about all of your previous work experience and all the hard work that you have done for the company.

You are the only LOD in the building - your cash office called in, there's a back-up at the front end, a team member calls for a "code yellow" and the Group Team Leader just walked in the door... how would your prioritze?
The thing that shocked me the most during my interview was that when the DTL interviewed me, the last question that she asked me was to "rate" all of the ETLs in my building in order - who did the best to who had the most "opportunities". Very akward.
