Introductory phone call at first. Then two rounds with a team leader first, and the front end leader second. It lasted about an hour. They asked a majority of scenario questions and wondered how I would react in certain situations. Pretty easy overall.

How would you react if a guest was trying to insist on a discount that the store was not offering?
It is pretty easy but getting the interview is the hard part. It took so long to get my interview but nice interviewer. They ask basic questions, not too technical but good to know. I think it’s pretty easy
