You do an online review and then you get an in person interview. The online interview was 8 questions and they were mostly "describe a time" type questions. I thought it was a little difficult.

You complete a behavioral exam which has a lo of situational questions. Then they ask you to record yourself answering certain prompts they give you. And then someone will contact you about the position.
