Entrevista
Target was at my University's job fair. I walked over to the booth to get an overview of what type of positions the company had opened. I was given a quick overview of what Target has to offer was told to leave my resume and I didn't think anythin else of it. A week or so later I was contacted via email for a recruiter for a phone interview and this was back in August never heard from the recruiter again until September again i responded to the email and no day and time was set up again for the phone interview. Finally this month in October I was contacted via telephone for a phone interview, which I did just last week.
Was then contacted the same day for a 2nd phone interview for today. I was told it is a behavior based interview and I will post later on how I believe it went.

Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role

Entrevista
It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.

The interview was straightforward and to the point. Situation based interview, what would you do in this certain scenario. Interviewer was very friendly, and welcoming. They want to make sure that you have what it takes to be a leader
