It was done via recording video responses to questions. You are asked approximately 6 questions and are given 3 x chances to record a response to each question. Each response is up to 3 minutes long.

what was a experience you had that turned out bad and how did you react to resolve the issue.
Everything as far as I reached was completed remotely. I submitted an application online, then received via email expressing interest to have me submit a virtual interview on video answering 6 questions, along with 2 links. The company started as handling it was called HireVue. Neither link worked & only gave the same error messages no matter which browser used.
