basically just asked about previous history, strengths, weaknesses, etc. They want to know your availability and how often you can come in to work. They seem like they are looking with someone that already has a background in retail

It was automated and I had to record some questions to respond to. They also had a practice portion for getting used to this before having to answer the questions for each step
