Entrevista
Interview was fairly easy. I got a call to come in not too long after I applied online. I had to do 2 separate interviews but I think now they do online interviews. I was asked just basic questions like what my strengths were, how I would handle certain situations, etc.

They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for this role?
The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.

two different interviews. got a response a few days after. quick and easy. asks regular interview questions. questions will differ if you are up to learn different roles, which helps make you look worth something
