Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Target (Minneapolis, MN) em nov. de 2010

Target has quite the 'secretive' interview selection process for hiring employees, none of which seem to make sense. You will spend hours taking IQ/ACT-like 'assessments' consisting of behavorial and reasoning testing after your HR phone screen. From there, be prepared to take at least a 1/2 half day to trek downtown, find parking $$, wander through the skyways/streets, only to be interviewed by a hiring manager for a matter of minutes. Oh yes, and all of the interview questions are behavorial, straight from the HR desk. Don't expect questions directly related to your skills, background, or experience because this would be 'outside' of their top-secret hiring process. If you make the cut beyond this, more in-person interviews would follow. Glad to be cut early enough to avoid wasting any more of my time.....and don't forget to submit for expense reimbursement for your parking costs downtown! What a pain.

Straightforward. Direct questions and answers. No games. Great process and follow-up. I hope all interviews are like this in the future. Other employers should do the same to make hiring a pleasant experience

the interview process included three one on one interviews. All three interviews were over zoom and with different individuals with the company. I met with an employee at a college career fair and that’s how I started the interview process.

A time you worked with someone with different opinions than you.
I was invited for an interview where the manager appeared quite defensive throughout the conversation. At times, the discussion became unnecessarily personal and veered off-topic. Additionally, the process included a puzzle-solving exercise that seemed unrelated to the role. Even though my solution was correct, the manager insisted on a specific version that aligned with his own expectations.
