PROCESS: Met recruiter at career fair (wasn't planning to apply) and was encouraged to apply for the position. Set up a phone screen with a Store Team Lead (4-5 behavioral interview questions). Moved to a face to face interview with another STL (same questions). Then had an interview with the District manager and someone from the HR group (6-7 behavioral interview questions with lots of follow up). Informal "get to know you" with the Regional manager and a different HR member. Offered a position from the recruiter half an hour later. Contingent on Background and Drug Test IMPRESSIONS: Company left a great impression! Even if I hadn't been offered a job I would recommend it to other people because of how wonderful the process was. Everyone was very friendly and genuinely welcomed my questions.

Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role
