Applied online and received a phone call for an in-store interview. First interview was with an HR team lead and the second with a sales floor team lead. Was offered the position and sent to take a drug test within 24 hours. Drug test results and background check were the longest portions of the process.

The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.

This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

Entrevista
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
