Average interview - the process was similar to other Targets in southern California. The interview was conducted in a timely fashion. The interviewer was polite and respectful. Although I did not take the offer, I would say the interview process was not the reason why I declined.
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure

Tell us about a time you had an upset customer and what did you do to fix the issue
After submitting myapplication through the Target Careers portal, i completed a brief, automated assessment of mywork availability and job-related skills. i then received an email invitation to complete a recorded video interview, where i was asked 5–8 pre-recorded questions. For each prompt, i received 2 minutes of preparation time and up to 3 minutes to record my answer.
