it was very basic, simple questions, an very nice lady. Prepare yourself if you really want the interview, the company does not like to waste their time with people who just want to apply as paycheck job. really invest your time knowing what target does.

Pretty informal process. I applied in store and had an interview. I was called within a day and asked if I would like to interview for a team leader position. I completed the interview with an ETL and was notified that they were offering my a position.
Got an email from a screener to connect
The process was about 30 minutes long. Then a recruiter called me for a phone interview, which was also 30 minutes.she then emailed m an application to fill out.
