good, straight-forward, basic questions. They ask you to relate difficult experiences at former jobs, why they were difficult, what you did to address and solve the problems, etc. The process is two interviews that take about an hour or so to complete, and it really is basic.

I was waiting for a while, comfortably in a chair figuring out when ill get interviewed. Turns out that i had to get interviewed by someone other than the manager of the department i was applying to.
