Had a phone screen with an HR rep, and then was scheduled to come on site. During the onsite interview I met with 5 different people, my future boss, my boss's boss, my boss's boss's boss, a contact from HR and another manager of a related team. The meetings were 30 minutes and were one-on-one interviews. Behavioral based questions were asked, each interviewer had the option to ask five. Some followed this strictly, others prefer just to talk and get to know you as a person. My interview process went very quickly and I received an offer the next day, that I did not negotiate.
