I actually was referred to the job by a Store Team Leader at a class presentation who connected me to my campus recruiter. From there, I was scheduled for an on a1:1 campus interview and then was extended an invitation to their second round. After that, I was contacted to schedule a final round interview over the phone and later that day, my campus recruiter called me with an offer and I accepted. Overall I had a great experience. Everyone, especially my campus recruiter was extremely helpful, encouraging and positive. All of the questions were behavioral. Be yourself, have some scenarios where you had to solve problems. Remember the STAR format. Smile! And fellas, wear a dark gray/navy blue suit with a power tie. Ask for the job afterwards too.
