first interview was hirevue, easy. They then called me and brought me in for an in person interview, it was about 20 minutes, talked about the position and my experience. personality is a big part of it. be friendly.
Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.
Easy, three steps of multiple choice questions, this or that, and a hirevue video done on your own time. Very simple process that I would do again. Easy application with quick responses.

Entrevista
It was a virtual interview where you answer 6 questions with the last one being a YES/NO question. You have 1 or 2 minutes to prepare an answer for each question and then 2 minutes to answer. You record what you say and it gets sent to Target, no one from Target is there asking you questions.
