I was interviewed by a store manager along with a manager-in-training who was there to observe. Most of the interview questions were typical, asking about my previous work experience, strengths, why I wanted to work there, etc. One unique question that was asked was to describe a time when I helped someone purely for their benefit.

Asked questions on how well I work alone and in a team, what to do if a situation escalates due to a crisis, etc. They asked how I would react to a coworker's risky behavior towards a injury or interaction.
