Pretty standard initial zoom interview with the manager, overall it was conversational and talking about my background and previous positions and why I would be interested in working at Target.

interview process was okay, asks a lot of basic information on previous employers, experience and what you are able to do. All in all, wasn't very hard. Heard back quickly too which was nice
Interactive, rigorous . The interview process involved multiple stages. In each stage one or more product skill is tested. Like product design, product strategy, metrics , problem solving and there is likelihood of guestimate being asked as well
