As long as you have been a leader in some capacity, it’s an easy interview. They ask a lot of situational questions and then sometimes questions more geared towards whatever store environment you’re going into

In my experience, I had one Phone interview with a recruiter who I spoke to several times coordinating and preparing for two Zoom interviews completed virtually with managers you will likely work with in your role.
