Easy, professional. The manager asked the correct questions. Fair. Understand my responses to any concerns on my application. They were fair and balanced. Considered my high school hours. They understood I had no background as this was my first job at age 16.

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
