It was online and pre-recorded format. As long as you seem like a genuinely good human being, you're probably going to be fine with getting a job. You get multiple tries on recording your videos as well which is good for people like me that stutter a lot lol.

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
fairly simple the interview process includes an online application, possible assessment, and an in-store interview focused on customer service and availability, followed by a conditional offer, background check, and orientation
